Local and established Property Management firm in San Rafael, CA is seeking a long-term contract (to possible hire) SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT. This is 6+ months (to possible hire) and HYBRID with just 1-2 days onsite in San Rafael. $90,000 - $105,000

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar with 5+ years of PROPERTY ACCOUNTING on YARDI required!
• Must be experienced with AP, journal entries, G/L, monthly financials for each property
• Bank recs, AR, help with budgeting, reconciliations, audit prep
• This is a 6 month project (to possible hire) 1-2 days on site in San Rafael, 3-4 days REMOTE
• $90,000- $105,000 DOE
